Deposit

A 20% deposit is required with all bookings.  This is non-returnable but in special circumstances can be retained for future bookings.  On receipt of the deposit notification of acceptance onto the course will be sent to you.  

Balance of payment 

The balance of payment will be due 14 days before the course commences.  Silver Dolphin retain the right to waive this rule to allow late bookings should the need arise.

Failure to pay balance

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed time will result in the termination of your booking.  

Cancellation

Your cancellation of a booking should be confirmed in writing within 20 days of the arrival date.   Under certain circumstances, Silver Dolphin will allow you to nominate another person to take your place.  Should you pay in full and then fail to attend any part of the course, we reserve the right not to refund the course fee.These circumstances will be at the discretion of Silver Dolphin.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by Silver Dolphin, a full refund will be made.  We reserve the right to modify or change any of our courses without prior warning.

Sightings trips

Although sights of marine life are often seen from the Cornish coast, Silver Dolphin cannot guarantee sightings of any specific creature mentioned.  This is due to the fact that we have no control over animals in a natural environment.

Course termination

Silver Dolphin reserves the right to terminate an individuals participation from a course due to their behaviour, suitability and/or fitness.

Complaints

Any complaints should be put in writing to Silver Dolphin.

Reasonable behaviour

All clients need to show reasonable behaviour regarding safety throughout their stay with Silver Dolphin.  A completed medical form will be required on booking and we reserve the right to ask for a doctor’s certificate if we deem necessary.

Client confidentiality

All personal details and medical information given are confidential to Silver Dolphin. 

Accommodation

Silver Dolphin provides accommodation lists of various local holiday resorts and letting agencies.  These should be booked separately and Silver Dolphin accepts no liability, as the accommodation is not provided by us.

Prices

Our prices are correct at the time of publication and include VAT at the current rate.  Silver Dolphin reserves the right to amend these at any time.
